The Administration Assistant provides services essential to the mission of the organization and the day-to-day-operation of the Executive Office functions, including the President & CEO, the Controller, Human Resources, and General Counsel.
Education: High school diploma required; B.A/B.S. highly desired.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year work experience in an office environment, with experience in international development desired
Knowledge: Knowledge of USAID/Department of State regulations desired; familiarity with proposal development, printing, and production for donors, especially USAID desired
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must be highly organized.
Languages: Fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish desirable.
